Beaches Negril Supports 38th Staging of Hanover Reading Competition

Beaches Negril supported the Hanover Parish Library’s National Reading Competition, helping to create an encouraging space for young readers to celebrate the joy and importance of reading. Held under the theme, “Together We Read, and Together We Rise,” the competition brought together students, supporters, and community stakeholders in recognition of the power of literacy to inspire and empower.

Sandals Negril and Beaches Negril Regional Public Relations Coordinator Kellie-Ann Wright visited the Hanover Parish Library for the 38th staging of the Hanover leg of the National Reading Competition award ceremony. Wright presented three day passes for Beaches Negril Resort & Spa to Senior Librarian Georgia Bartlett-Thompson for presentation to the parish’s top three readers. The top readers have advanced to the national finals in Kingston.
