Saint Lucia is widely known for its culture, music, and lively events. One of its most celebrated showcases returns next year with the Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival 2026. The long-running festival brings together music, art, and community across the island.
Now in its 34th year, the event remains a major draw for both visitors and locals. It continues to highlight Saint Lucia’s creative talent while welcoming global performers.
The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority confirmed details for the Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival 2026 on Friday, 23 January. The announcement was made by CEO Louis E. A. Lewis.
The festival runs from Thursday 30 April to Sunday 10 May. This year’s theme is “Timeless Rhythms, Boundless Artistry.” As a result, the programme blends classic jazz with modern sounds and visual arts.
Events will take place at community venues and major locations. These include Pigeon Island National Landmark and Rodney Bay. Meanwhile, smaller events will bring performances closer to local communities.
This year’s line-up mixes international stars, Caribbean favourites, and Saint Lucian artists. In addition, each concert night follows a clear theme.
Capleton, Valiant, Asa Bantan, D’YANI, Shervon Sealy, LM Stone, and American country singer Amber Digby open the festival.
Esperanza Spalding headlines the evening. She is joined by Chantal Esdelle & Moyenne. Saint Lucian artists Camille Charlemagne and Leandra Modeste also perform.
This night focuses on gospel music. Performers include Tye Tribbett, Ada Ehi, Shirleyann Cyril-Mayers, Nigela St. Clair-Daniel, and local gospel acts.
The Branford Marsalis Quartet leads the programme. Jesse Billy performs as well. Additionally, the Cultural Development Foundation presents a featured arts showcase.
Kes the Band takes the stage alongside The Original Wailers featuring Al Anderson and Skip Marley. Dexta Daps and Saint Lucia’s Mélange, led by Groovy Soca King Imran Nerdy, also perform.
Tems and Ella Mai headline the night. They are joined by X-Man, Lu City, Princess Lover, Les Aiglons de Guadeloupe, and October 4.
The festival closes with Mervin Wilkison and Friends, Beverley Knight, and Billy Ocean.

Tourism Minister Dr Ernest Hilaire said the festival plays a key role in sharing Saint Lucia’s stories through music and art. Moreover, it supports the island’s creative sector and tourism industry.
