Silversands Beach House has shifted to an adults-only concept. The Grenada resort now welcomes guests aged 16 and over.
The boutique property forms part of Silversands Collection Grenada and is operated by ORA Hospitality. With the change, the resort is placing a greater focus on privacy, tranquillity and restorative escapes.
The move comes about two years after Silversands Beach House opened in 2024. Since then, the property has attracted couples, solo travellers and groups of friends. Many are drawn to its secluded location and design-focused experience.
Silversands Beach House sits along the secluded shores of Portici Beach. The property features 28 accommodations arranged across the hillside.
The layout gives guests expansive views of Grenada’s coastline. Suites also feature floor-to-ceiling windows and canopied outdoor terraces.
Now, the adults-only concept builds on the property’s intimate setting. It also allows the resort to focus more closely on guests seeking a peaceful Caribbean getaway.
“We’re delighted to continue shaping a resort experience driven by tranquility and a sense of privacy, embracing Silversands Beach House’s secluded setting. Today’s announcement furthers our mission to craft the ultimate restorative oasis for adults on the Grenadian coast,” said Clarista Hillaire, Resort Manager at Silversands Beach House, in a press statement.
In addition to its secluded setting, the resort offers dining and wellness experiences.
Azzurro serves Italian-inspired cuisine with Caribbean influences. Meanwhile, guests can use an outdoor gym while enjoying the ocean breeze.
The resort also has a dedicated Wellness Room. Here, guests can access a selection of holistic treatments tailored to their individual needs.
Together, these experiences support the property’s new adults-only direction. They also reinforce its focus on relaxation and slower-paced stays.
While Silversands Beach House targets adult travellers, Silversands Grand Anse remains open to families.
The sister property sits on Grenada’s Grand Anse Beach and is a short shuttle ride away. It features 43 suites and eight private villas.
Additionally, families have access to a Kids’ Club, spa and four dining concepts. As a result, the property remains an option for families and multigenerational groups visiting Grenada.
The two resorts now offer distinct experiences within Silversands Collection Grenada. Silversands Beach House provides an adults-only escape on Portici Beach. In contrast, Silversands Grand Anse continues to welcome travellers of all ages.
This positioning gives visitors more choice when planning a luxury stay in Grenada.
