The Nevis Tourism Authority CEO role has a new face. The island, celebrated for its beaches, history, and lush volcanic landscapes, has appointed Andia Ravariere as its new chief executive officer, effective September 1, 2025. Her appointment marks a pivotal step in Nevis’ plan to strengthen its global tourism profile while preserving authenticity.
Ravariere brings years of Caribbean tourism leadership to Nevis. She previously worked with the Ministry of Tourism in Anguilla for seven years before becoming destination marketing manager at the Discover Dominica Authority. As a result, she is well-positioned to guide Nevis into a new era of destination branding, sustainable development, and global visibility.
Premier of Nevis Mark Brantley welcomed the announcement, praising Ravariere’s expertise:
“Her proven track record in sustainable tourism and her deep understanding of Caribbean destination marketing make her uniquely qualified to guide Nevis into its next chapter. As we continue to position Nevis as a beacon of barefoot luxury and authentic Caribbean culture, I am confident that her leadership will help us expand our reach, strengthen our community, and deliver a world-class tourism product that reflects the very best of who we are.”
In her new role, Ravariere plans to redefine luxury for Nevis. Moreover, she intends to align the island’s tourism model with sustainability, culture, and innovation.
“My vision is to position Nevis at the forefront of Caribbean tourism by strategically redefining luxury through nature, culture, sustainability, and innovation,” she said. “The goal is to deliver world-class experiences, empower our people, and safeguard our environment for generations to come.”
Furthermore, Ravariere holds a Master’s degree in tourism development and management, giving her both the academic grounding and professional experience needed to lead the NTA. Ultimately, her appointment signals a forward-looking approach for Nevis, where economic growth, cultural preservation, and environmental stewardship can thrive together.
