The LIAT Air Early Bird promotion is now available, offering one-way fares from as low as US$111 for travellers who book early and plan ahead.

Regional carrier LIAT Air has introduced its new Early Bird promotion, an initiative designed to make inter-island travel more affordable for passengers who secure their flights in advance.

A Smarter Way to Plan Ahead

Speaking on Observer AM, Sales and Marketing Supervisor Tito Thomas explained that the promotion rewards travellers who book at least 30 days before departure, a move aimed at encouraging early planning across the region.

“The airline has already seen a surge in bookings for major events such as the St. Kitts Music Festival and Spicemas,” Thomas shared.

He added that Caribbean travellers tend to be highly price-conscious, making value-driven initiatives like this especially important.

How the Early Bird Promotion Works

Under the LIAT Air Early Bird promotion, one-way fares start from US$111, including routes such as St. John’s to Basseterre.

Key details include:

  • Minimum 30-day advance booking required
  • No minimum stay, but a maximum stay of one month
  • Fares are non-refundable, but changes are allowed

This structure makes the promotion suitable for extended trips, family visits, and travellers who prefer to organize their schedules ahead of time.

Strengthening Regional Connections

Operating out of St. John’s, LIAT Air continues to connect several Caribbean destinations, including Dominica, Saint Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, Trinidad and Tobago, British Virgin Islands, and Sint Maarten.

The network also extends to Guyana via both Eugene F. Correia International Airport and Cheddi Jagan International Airport, as well as routes into the Dominican Republic and Jamaica.

Encouraging Better Value Through Early Booking

By introducing the LIAT Air Early Bird promotion, the airline is placing emphasis on forward planning—helping travellers secure lower fares while avoiding the higher costs typically associated with last-minute bookings.

As regional travel continues to evolve, initiatives like this highlight a growing shift toward value-driven, flexible travel options designed for modern Caribbean travellers.
