What began just over nine years ago as a single gathering-the POSHgirl POWER Brunch-has evolved into one of the Caribbean’s premier destination events for women. Today, Caribbean POSH Weekend is a vibrant celebration of empowerment, entrepreneurship, and island glamour, featuring signature moments like the Caribbean POSH ICON Woman Awards and the PINK Sunday Sunset Sail.

Each year, dynamic Caribbean women from across the region and the diaspora converge for a stylish weekend designed to uplift, inspire, and connect. With a strong focus on the personal and professional development of female entrepreneurs, the event addresses the most pressing issues facing Caribbean women today. This year, the event will be hosted June 27-29, 2025 in Saint Thomas, U.S Virgin Islands.
