Passengers will now receive email alerts at key moments. They’ll be notified when their bags are loaded onto the aircraft and again when the luggage arrives at the final destination. These simple, timely updates offer more transparency and help travelers feel more confident as they move through each stage of their trip.
Acting CEO Nirmala Ramai explained that this improvement reflects Caribbean Airline’s commitment to delivering a smoother customer experience. She noted that accurate baggage information remains one of the top needs for travelers.
The new feature is powered by the full implementation of Luggage Logistics’ Load & Track system across all stations in Caribbean Airline’s network. This upgrade strengthens operations and improves the airline’s ability to monitor baggage more efficiently.
